AI-assisted Innovation

Our client was an early-stage founder team, building a new platform to let homeowners swap properties directly with one another in their local area — downsizing or upsizing according to their needs without leaving the community they already know and love.

The founders wanted help bringing this idea to market. That’s where we helped by leveraging our innovation playbook and AI tools to accelerate time to market.

Product Reimagined

Our client was an online Irish mortgage broker that had secured investment to scale. The founding team had a clear vision: a more digital, less frictionful journey for mortgage clients — from first interest, through application and document management, to lender integration and final approval.

Delivering that vision meant revisiting the entire end-to-end journey, not just one part of it.

GP Practice Management Software

The founders were practising GPs. Like every GP, they’d spent years working with practice management software that was clunky, dated, and clearly never designed with the daily reality of a practice in mind.

Rather than wait for someone else to fix it, they decided to build the system they wished they had. They brought us in to help design and deliver it.

Digitising the Workflow

Our client is one of Ireland’s leading health and safety organisations and runs workplace health and safety assessments in offices, industrial locations, and construction sites across Ireland and the UK.

Every assessment followed the same pattern: an assessor turned up on site, worked through a paper checklist, and carried it back to the office before anyone else could see it.
